Re: Corrie Swanson
To Whom It May Concern:
Corrie worked in the Service Resource Center at SimplexGrinnell for several years and
was employed as a temporary employee prior to her full time hire. She worked in the two
core positions within the department, Service Coordinator and Scheduler, and excelled at
both. Corrie demonstrated the ability to produce consistent and accurate work in an
extremely fast-paced, high volume, high pressure environment. She adapted easily to
new processes (of which there were many) and quickly assumed the multiple
responsibilities associated with her position. Her organizational skills and attention to
detail were not only a requirement to success in her positions here, but would also be an
asset to any organization as would her strong work ethic. Additionally, she was always
courteous and responsive to the needs of both internal and external contacts and
customers.
Corrie had an excellent attitude here and always performed at or above any of the
expectations required of her position. She always strove to improve herself and also to
remain busy, volunteering for new assignments, taking on new tasks, or helping her co-
workers. Whenever that occurred, she accomplished those tasks accurately and
efficiently. She needed no supervision and continually showed initiative in all aspects of
her work.
Corrie was a valued and trustworthy employee here in the Service Resource Center.
