To whom it may concern,
Please let this letter serve as a letter of recommendation for Denise Morgan. Denise was
a contract employee with Daimler Trucks of North America (DTNA) for the duration of
September 2014 through August 2015 which was when her assignment was completed.
During her tenure with DTNA she was well received and contributed greatly to several
crucial projects for our success. At the time she was hired, we were undergoing many structural
changes, and she was able to meet our needs and demands. She served by having multiple
responsibilities with Generalist, recruitment duties and labor relations alike. She often sat in
during grievances with me and contributed her advice and wisdom, which was always taken into
account. Her strong suites are project management, absorbing information quickly,
implementation, training and objectivity.
She worked on a massive hiring project where she sought out future candidates, and
interviewed them. Her insight was exceptional and management sought her opinions. She
taught me how to enter new positions into the system and post it; for that I am grateful. I will
say that Denise possesses all of the desirable qualities you’d want in an employee plus she has
great interpersonal skills. Most all that had a chance to work with her seemed to gravitate
towards her. She was valued and had earned the trust and respect with myself, the Plant
Managers and the executive leaders at DTNA. At the end of her tenure, we didn’t have any
positions that matched her skills; however, she is considered a re-hirable employee.
Again, Denise was a very valuable and well-received employee and I hate to see her go.
She will make a great addition and asset to any organization.
