Noah
Liebman
to
any
employer
seeking
a
smart
and
motivated
employee.
I
supervised
Noah
during
his
internship
at
Organic
Transit
during
the
summer
of
2016.
Organic
Transit’s
CEO
and
founder,
Rob
Cotter,
and
I
were
both
impressed
to
a
high
degree
with
Noah’s
intelligence
and
his
willingness
to
work
hard
and
put
in
long
hours.
Every
single
task
Noah
was
handed
he
gave
his
full
focus
and
dedication.
There
was
no
project
too
big
or
too
small
for
him
and
it
was
all
done
with
a
wonderful
smile.
From
assembling
parts
in
the
Build
Department,
to
making
changes
on
the
website,
to
helping
to
film
instructional
videos
on
ELF
repairs
to
even
modeling
the
ELF
in
a
rainstorm,
we
could
always
count
on
Noah.
There
were
many
areas
where
he
showed
initiative
and
persevered
until
the
job
got
done.
His
work
on
the
Build
Manual
was
outstanding.
Most
impressive
was
his
taking
over
the
Customer
Service
Department
in
our
time
of
need
when
we
faced
staffing
challenges.
He
stepped
right
in
dealing
with
customers,
creating
a
Customer
Service
Manual
and
helping
to
train
a
new
Customer
Service
Coordinator.
Organic
Transit
is
pleased
and
grateful
that
Noah
interned
with
us.
Due
to
unusual
circumstances,
the
scope
of
work
he
ended
up
taking
on
was
way
beyond
what
we
had
planned
or
imagined.
Although
he
was
still
in
college,
he
showed
a
business
sense
and
an
ability
to
get
things
done
that
is
often
unseen
in
employees
with
decades
of
business
experience
As
a
matter
of
fact,
I
would
be
happy
to
hire
Noah
after
graduation.
I

that
he
would
rise
to
management
level
quite
quickly
