Synopsis This project of Bharti Airtel .Mobile user’s CDR (Call Data Record) and CRM (Customer relationship
Manager), Lappu application (Call billing Records) data file generate via mediation device. This CDR
files store in particular data staging server by Intelligence switching method in our Data warehouse
scenario. Where we running the import script we upload the raw CDR file into the database table in
database running on MS SQL/Oracle on Linux and Windows Platform respectively. Using export
script weget the output from the databasetableas DMP file. And compress it to tar format.As a back
administrator we take the both CDR file and DMP file backup in the backup media. And also restore
the backup and restoring the data in the database, so the output of Call Dat a Record available to the
Nodal Dept. (The particular time stamp call data record) as per request.
