We are creating an International network of video e-commerce sites built with our ERP Multi site platform,
we are creating the GDOOX International Station, i.e., partners that using the Gdoox ERP create one or
more sites. All the sites born with the use of Gdoox ERP operate independently but are also interconnected
and able to share products creating a network or more virtual business networks.

How product sharing works
All the sites created with the Gdoox platform use the same technological infrastructure allowing a company
to configure its offers for one or a mix of business sectors and the respective sub categories of products
involved.
A user will be able to see product availability using the search function. If the product is present, it is
sufficient to notify with some owner of its intentions. If the owner consents, the product with its
characteristics will be copied to the applicant's website, which will proceed with its management in total
autonomy.
The minimum duration of sharing is 30 days and when it expires, the existing sharing can be renewed at will
or allowed to expire, If left to expire, the product will be removed from the host site automatically.
When a share is performed, the product will appear as property of the resident site regardless of the
country of final location.
Economic transactions between applicant and supplier are not handled by the platform and are private
negotiations between the parties involved. The site manager in the figure of the administrator will be the
person delegated to activate sharing operations.

Mobility of roles within an ecosystem.
All roles within an ecosystem are mobile except those where the HUB is defined by an institution, whose
task is coordination and governance. However, even in this case there is the possibility of hubs being born
in competition with or in support of institutional hubs, as they have been delegated, totally or partially, to
perform tasks relevant to an institution.
The emergence of ecosystems that replace the official ones is a consequence either of innovation, or of

For CONTRIBUTORS, Gdoox offers two solutions:

shared products. The shared products are fed into the AGGREGATOR website, which will operate
according to its own criteria. The relationship between CONTRIBUTORS and AGGREGATORS gives rise to
distribution agreements, the term of which is defined by mutual agreement. The duration of the agreement
may be defined for a certain period of time and the relationship may be renewed or allowed to lapse. Both
CONTRIBUTORS and AGGREGATORS operate in complete autonomy. The delivery of the product is made
by those who have the real availability of the product while the proceeds are made by the company that
made the sale. The COMPANY NETWORK business plan is ideal for the management of a network of
companies and for companies with a wide range of products or services. This scenario, in many cases,

Solution for HUBs & SUPER AGGREGATORS (5 sites)
HUBS also have multiple sites available. HUBS are organizations interested in managing complex product
and service offerings. They can obtain products from any company on the platform and products can
come from a wide variety of business sectors. The size of the HUB is an autonomous choice of the HUB
manager. The rules for sales and delivery are identical to those described in the previous case. Sites of the
ECOSISTEMA type are created between 2 or more actors and the administration of the site will be the
responsibility of the inviting party, who will necessarily be in possession of the business plan called Business
ecosystem. It is ideal for the management of consortia, supply chains and any multi-business sector
aggregation. Also in this case it is necessary to approach the market and alliances, with a multi-site
solution.

Mobility of participants
In a business ecosystem mini-Hubs, Super-Hubs and Mega-Hubs can coexist; in this context, companies

size. There are no indissoluble marriages.
A dynamic ecosystem must not exclude any participant and participants are always free to stay in an
existing HUB or create a new HUB or a new ecosystem. Overall, operating in terms of a business ecosystem
significantly reduces competition and triggers a process of co-evolution.
The participation in the construction of one's own business ecosystem and the inter-connection with other
