Network
We are creating an International network of video e-commerce sites built with our ERP Multi site platform,
we are creating the GDOOX International Station, i.e., partners that using the Gdoox ERP create one or
more sites. All the sites born with the use of Gdoox ERP operate independently but are also interconnected
and able to share products creating a network or more virtual business networks.
Gdoox ERP manages more than 200 business sectors, each business sector is organized by processes, each
process determines one or more plants, each plant is composed of machines and the machines are
composed of modules, equipment and that together allow the production of a finished product or semi-
finished products that will probably require services, This method has allowed the creation of more than
25.000 categories of products already associated with technical and commercial attributes and allowing
companies to create a powerful e-commerce solution that includes all the functionalities for the creation of
bundle offers, cross seling and upselling for both the b2C and B2B market.
In addition, by using licenses that include product sharing, companies ensure the preservation of their sites
by adding new categories of products and protecting the investment made. Site(s) administrators do not
require any IT knowledge and do not need to write additional software code for SEO management either.
Why a network of e-commerce sites where you can share and have
shared products for sale.
No company has the critical mass of products and services to stay in the globalized and interconnected
market, needs to create alliances. No single-product company can survive globalization, it needs to expand
its offer containing at most both product fixed assets, internationalization expenses, financial charges,
logistics and R&D expenses.

Accepting a sharing operation creates a highly dynamic scenario.
A product can be shared with several operators, it follows that a series of networks has been created, the
set of networks configure one or more supply chains, many supply chains involved generate a business
ecosystem.
Operating in terms of business ecosystem overturns the paradigm of selling and buying.
For the active cycle, suppliers who become partners are converted into propagators and similarly buyers
are converted into a new commercial network obtained at no cost.

thus shortening the length of the supply chain and significantly improving both the relationships with
customers and increasing their dependence.
How product sharing works
All the sites created with the Gdoox platform use the same technological infrastructure allowing a company
to configure its offers for one or a mix of business sectors and the respective sub categories of products
involved.
A user will be able to see product availability using the search function. If the product is present, it is
sufficient to notify with some owner of its intentions. If the owner consents, the product with its
characteristics will be copied to the applicant's website, which will proceed with its management in total
autonomy.
The minimum duration of sharing is 30 days and when it expires, the existing sharing can be renewed at will
or allowed to expire, If left to expire, the product will be removed from the host site automatically.
When a share is performed, the product will appear as property of the resident site regardless of the
country of final location.
Economic transactions between applicant and supplier are not handled by the platform and are private
negotiations between the parties involved. The site manager in the figure of the administrator will be the
person delegated to activate sharing operations.
All companies and organizations are incorporated into an enterprise ecosystem. The position within an
ecosystem can be lived, recognized or not perceived but exists in any case.

The roles
1) CONTRIBUTORS: Organizations that are the link point between one or more business sectors. They
are the point of reference for a product or service placed on the market, informing organizations
with the role of integrators of the willingness to be involved in more complex business. Often they
are basically differentiated mono-product/service organizations that offer partial solutions to
complex projects. In terms of the management of the digital economy, they have low or non-
existent skills while recognizing their validity. Aggregating is a MUST

and services issued by the CONTRIBUTORS, integrate them in their offer for the partial but ample
satisfaction of challenges with a fair degree of complexity.

ecosystem may decide to build and manage one or more supply chains involving both Contributors

Mobility of roles within an ecosystem.
All roles within an ecosystem are mobile except those where the HUB is defined by an institution, whose
task is coordination and governance. However, even in this case there is the possibility of hubs being born
in competition with or in support of institutional hubs, as they have been delegated, totally or partially, to
perform tasks relevant to an institution.
The emergence of ecosystems that replace the official ones is a consequence either of innovation, or of
difficulties encountered by official hubs in supporting complex businesses.
An unresolved complex challenge is an ecosystem waiting for a systemic solution, which creates an
opportunity that can be addressed and/or manned by a new ecosystem.
The Gdoox ERP proposal
Gdoox ERP is the first and only platform in the world able to give the necessary support to companies for
the development of their business ecosystem based on their position in the ecosystem(s) in which they
participate.
Solution for CONTRIBUTORS (Mono-site)
For CONTRIBUTORS, Gdoox offers two solutions:
E-Com and E-COM PLUS: E-commerce solutions that include partner search functions with which to share
their products and services, which are Companies interested in aggregating products and/or services, in
order to better compete in the globalized market. These two solutions allow to operate simultaneously on
both B2B and B2C markets. The products presented as B2B, converge on the GDOOX MARKETPLACE, B2C,
where the products are accessible to all. The e-Com license will not be marketed in the Italian market.
Solution for AGGREGATORS (Three Sites)
AGGREGATORS have multiple sites available and on each of these sites they can ask contributors to receive
shared products. The shared products are fed into the AGGREGATOR website, which will operate
according to its own criteria. The relationship between CONTRIBUTORS and AGGREGATORS gives rise to
distribution agreements, the term of which is defined by mutual agreement. The duration of the agreement
may be defined for a certain period of time and the relationship may be renewed or allowed to lapse. Both
CONTRIBUTORS and AGGREGATORS operate in complete autonomy. The delivery of the product is made
by those who have the real availability of the product while the proceeds are made by the company that
made the sale. The COMPANY NETWORK business plan is ideal for the management of a network of
companies and for companies with a wide range of products or services. This scenario, in many cases,
requires a multi-site solution.

Solution for HUBs & SUPER AGGREGATORS (5 sites)
HUBS also have multiple sites available. HUBS are organizations interested in managing complex product
and service offerings. They can obtain products from any company on the platform and products can
come from a wide variety of business sectors. The size of the HUB is an autonomous choice of the HUB
manager. The rules for sales and delivery are identical to those described in the previous case. Sites of the
ECOSISTEMA type are created between 2 or more actors and the administration of the site will be the
responsibility of the inviting party, who will necessarily be in possession of the business plan called Business
ecosystem. It is ideal for the management of consortia, supply chains and any multi-business sector
aggregation. Also in this case it is necessary to approach the market and alliances, with a multi-site
solution.
NB: All sites have all the necessary functionality to manage a complex e-commerce system and you can
create sites at the top of the current and future offer.
Mobility of participants
In a business ecosystem mini-Hubs, Super-Hubs and Mega-Hubs can coexist; in this context, companies
can/will have different roles in different aggregations. The aggregations and the participation modalities
are defined by the administrator of that particular ecosystem. In an ecosystem, a company may have the

role of CONTRIBUTOR, and in another ecosystem, that same company may be the manager of a Hub of any
size. There are no indissoluble marriages.
A dynamic ecosystem must not exclude any participant and participants are always free to stay in an
existing HUB or create a new HUB or a new ecosystem. Overall, operating in terms of a business ecosystem
significantly reduces competition and triggers a process of co-evolution.
The participation in the construction of one's own business ecosystem and the inter-connection with other
ecosystems is obtained by using the GDOOX ERP platform, the only existing one able to build inter-
connected sites that allow sharing, allow start-up.
