Orchestrate all activities within the central offices containing 500,000 + subscribers.
Initiate company policies and safety practices, and coordinate all aspects of technical
training programs for both new and existing technicians. This includes building training
profiles for each technician. I ensure fair treatment of employees, and decisions are not
based on race, color, ethnic background, or creed. Ability to work with multiple
departments to assure project deadlines are met. Work with-in a projected budget, to meet
the financial objectives of the corporation.

Primary responsibilities consist of both maintaining and supervising the operation of a
class 4 equal access tandem switch, and four class 5 digital switching systems. Perform
all switch translations for routing network traffic. Directed the testing, installation and
traffic to the 0C48 sonet transport ring. Maintain and service operation of fiber transport
systems, and all digital loop carrier systems.

for the installation, testing and turned up traffic to the EIO-Five digital switching system.
