merchandising services to grocery, drug store, and other retail outlets with 5,000+ specialized

Client Service Manager – Merchandising Division (Nov 2008 – Present)
• Manage multiple clients in many diverse retail chains, including two of SPAR’s top 20
largest clients
• Responsible for hiring, training, and managing daily activities and payroll for department
interns
• Accountable for all program functions including set up in our system, instruction writing,
analysis, and reporting of program execution to clients and internal upper management,
and post-job invoicing
• Created all training and marketing materials
• Created presentations for business reviews both internally and externally
• Created detailed reports on a weekly basis, quantified and interpreted weekly reporting in
to quarterly and yearly reports
• Maintained program financials, including yearly forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis
