ACCOUNT MANAGER | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | SHIPPING SCHEDULER  1990 –2000 |2008 - 2016
Played a key role as principal company liaison for multiple publishers, direct marketers and leading retailers-support.
Planned, prepared, organized and managed accounts, multiple & varied editions and regional versions in a high -volume
business consistently meeting critical delivery deadlines. Directed the all process by organizing, planning, scheduling,
and creating manufacturing & distribution instructions along with ensured the correct paper, proofs, and customer -
