 Identifies in-process product condition QC/QA and maintain over all the company product SD

 Determines disposition of finished product by collecting, classifying, analysing, and interpreting
production and quality data;
 Judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications AND Internal standers.
 Interacts with customers, vendors, sales, and production and delivery personnel as required to
support, investigate and resolve product quality issues.
 Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of reworked product.
 Documents finished product status by recording and summarizing raw materials, in-process, and
finished-product inspection and physical test data; updating quality assurance data base.
 Maintains product quality documentation system by writing or rewriting quality assurance
procedures.
 Maintains quality assurance operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures;
reporting needed changes.

 Monitor the production lab operations, ensuring that all the Cubes are carrying the required strength.
 Maintain statistics for variability of each mixture: comparison between the site results and the internal
results, compute current margin, etc.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing
equipment.
• Supervise the full calibration if any calibrations are found to be defective.
• Act as an independent agency to witness and certify the internal scale checks and
calibrations and the results must be recorded.
• Daily plan, records and work program for staff.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with the work procedure, including copies of
required standards for Ready Mix concrete with updates
• Arrange of Lab/Plant trial in co-ordination with Production Supervisor on the request
from.
• Prepare all the necessary information before the trial, keep a detailed record of all
happenings during the trial, follow up all information and results after the trial and keep a filed
record of all the information on the trial.
• Supervises all activities needed to produce quality concrete according to specification
and provide dispatch
• instructions. Analyzes and signs the daily production program.
• Co-ordinates material requirements with the Dispatch in-charge and the Material
receiver for the next day's program.
• Ensures the calibration of the Plant equipment's (Flow meters, Weigh Bridge, Plant unit
weight, etc.) are carried out

• Installs control measures for the efficient production facilities (mixer, chiller, ice plant
etc.) and ensure the permissible

UNIBETON: 2007 – 2010 Technical coordinator / Technical Manager – Dubai Area OVERVIEW OF ROLE  Identifies raw material condition by set up ITP (internal testing plan).  Identifies in-process product condition QC/QA and maintain over all the company product SD ( Stander Divisions )  Determines disposition of finished product by collecting, classifying, analysing, and interpreting production and quality data;  Judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications AND Internal standers.  Interacts with customers, vendors, sales, and production and delivery personnel as required to support, investigate and resolve product quality issues.  Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of reworked product.  Documents finished product status by recording and summarizing raw materials, in-process, and finished-product inspection and physical test data; updating quality assurance data base.  Maintains product quality documentation system by writing or rewriting quality assurance procedures.  Maintains quality assurance operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.  Optimize the company profitability and profit growth by pursuing sound and consistent technical & commercial judgment.  Ensuring that the QA/QC silo is efficiently resourced with personnel and equipment, where deficiencies or opportunities for  Improvements are identified recommend appropriate action, implement as agreed.  Actively participate in the management of the company business, ensure a high level of service to internal and external customers.  .Provide leadership and maintain good employee relationships to optimize individual and overall business performance.  Identify and implement measures to improve material quality and/or manufacturing costs in conjunction with Production department.  Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within consultant, architectural practices, and engineering practices.  Keep abreast of technical developments and issues within the cementations materials, concrete, aggregates and wider construction industry.  Optimize both internal & external communications providing timely and succinct reports  Management of technical manual and library.

Maintain accurate and concise records of all functions of QC department and the wider business where necessary.  Planning a training program of new staff.  Coordinate all activities to ensure quality concrete production in accordance to project specification  Make sure that all quality working procedures including laboratory procedures and formats are used are as in “Operation Manual of Technical Department & Laboratory Technician Training Manual” respectively.  Prepare the Statistical Analysis of the Cube Results of the Independent Laboratory.  Monitor the production lab operations, ensuring that all the Cubes are carrying the required strength.  Maintain statistics for variability of each mixture: comparison between the site results and the internal results, compute current margin, etc.  Any other tasks assign by the management CEMEX 2002 - 2007 QC- Supervisor, Technical coordinator regional office,

(Part and full Time) OVERVIEW OF ROLE Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing equipment. • Supervise the full calibration if any calibrations are found to be defective. • Act as an independent agency to witness and certify the internal scale checks and calibrations and the results must be recorded. • Daily plan, records and work program for staff. • Maintain documentation in accordance with the work procedure, including copies of required standards for Ready Mix concrete with updates • Arrange of Lab/Plant trial in co-ordination with Production Supervisor on the request from. • Prepare all the necessary information before the trial, keep a detailed record of all happenings during the trial, follow up all information and results after the trial and keep a filed record of all the information on the trial. • Supervises all activities needed to produce quality concrete according to specification and provide dispatch • instructions. Analyzes and signs the daily production program. • Co-ordinates material requirements with the Dispatch in-charge and the Material receiver for the next day's program. • Ensures the calibration of the Plant equipment's (Flow meters, Weigh Bridge, Plant unit weight, etc.) are carried out • periodically, usually once per week or as needed. • Installs control measures for the efficient production facilities (mixer, chiller, ice plant etc.) and ensure the permissible • variation or tolerances in batching for different components and that the proper certificate is up-to-date. He maintains • record of the current status of each plant under his responsibility. • Monitors stocks of material (aggregate, cement, admixture, special product, etc) and • maintain contact with purchase department to ensure supplies are in acceptable levels. • Conducts visual inspections of raw materials and makes sure the appropriate supplies are • placed in the appropriate storage and at the acceptable stock level. • Directs the work of shovel operators. • Feeds-in the new mixture design in the B/plant computer/s systems prior production, in • collaboration with Technical and QA/QC Manager FROM 1996 to april 2001 PART TIME JOB AT ANCS (READY MIX CONCRETE COMPANY AT SPAIN / FRANCE / TRUKEY
