Throughout the internship the company expanded from regional to national distributions and completely
rebranded. B’more has given me the opportunity to showcase my outgoing, charismatic personality.
Marketing this new product helped me learn to meet each customer with a consistently energetic smile,
knowing that sales may not come easy or often.
Marketing and Sales Duties:
• Worked closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager in a fast-paced start-up environment to ensure
a successful brand launch and orderly supply chain
• Assistedwith the redesign and copywriting of product labels
• Presented strategic content ideas and generated blog posts, photos and recipes to ensure a successful
online presence for B’more Organic
• Investigated and presented ways for the company to be more sustainable
• Made sales inquiries into local accounts and provided reordering information to direct sales
Brand Ambassador Duties:
• RepresentedB’more Organic in stores and community events to educate consumers about product and
new offers
• Researchedand coordinated sponsorships with community organizations to build a strong brand
presence in hometown of Baltimore
• Built relationships with local companies to collaborate in marketing initiatives
