- Substitute with a copy of a sample ‘first time user’ email Ask audience if they have received one Mention that often get caught in SPAM folder
- Substitute club site screen image to suit your club and add a direct link to the URL
- Now use sample screen images from the King Arthur’s Playground to avoid Privacy issues in showcasing your own club information
- Show what it looks like for a member and how to plan ahead for attendances
- Explain the process briefly and highlight that any manual project can be selected here
- Explain what they see when Speech has been scheduled by VPE – can accept from here
- Alternatively they can accept from the email that is automatically sent by the system when a speech if scheduled
- Explain how a member can select the View my Speech Progress tool and see results of requested and scheduled speeches as well as a history of completed projects as Workbook History
