HR in place. It is recommended that among 5
EPs you need to assign 1 EP Experience
Manager. In this case, let’s call them the
delivery team, your entire delivery team needs
to be trained on this same content.

29. Your LC delivery plan serves as a national and local tracking
mechanism for your delivery service. Key questions to be asked here:
• How many EPs are coming to my LC?
• Do I have enough HR in the LC for the execution?
• Are my members all trained on facilitating the learnings? If not,
from whom can I get support?
• Have I enrolled all my EPs into the system?
