6. The most practical idea
• Getting internships that help build skills: it is
better to get an internship preferably an unpaid
one because you’ll find more employers willing to
hire interns because of budget constraints than
hiring a paid employee you would have to teach.
This the quickest way to gain experience and
develop skills, some people at the end of the day
get hired at the place the interned at. For some
employers it is more cost effective to hire their
interns since these individuals already know the
ropes in the organization.

• Have organizations organize workshops on
how they hire: this is great because it gives
potential hires who might still be in school a
sense of direction if they knew what these
employers are looking for instead of having
hope dashed after the other sending out
resumes with no response.
8. Favorite idea
• Read the mind of interviewers: this would be
so cool to be able to do. Time after time you
go for interview thinking everything went well
to be called a few days later and told you were
not selected and in some cases you never
even get a call back
