help them know college live and orient them to choosing
a career path.
54. Have mandatory social skill subjects, learn how to do
daily tasks.
55. Have someone guide and evaluate your internship .
56. In pre-school have kids write down what they want to be
when the grow up and work on that over the years.
57. Have college evaluations look more alike to real job
performance evaluation.
58. Have companies incorporate students in their teams of
work to solve different projects, with the option to do their
internship after or even get a job.

amount of time.
