• Siemens: Conducted an extensive site survey of Malvern, PA Data Centers in preparation of
a widespread infrastructure overhaul. We performed data collections in multiple buildings
using spreadsheets for tracking. Ascertained and documented all necessary information such
as WAP signal strength, Connectivity status of Routers and Switches, numbers of ports in
use/not in use and number of Fiber Channels.
• Duetshce Bank:
Perform test and configuration of fifty Cisco IP phones 7900 series. Worked with Global
NOC to perform all necessary test and configurations. Performed some rack and stack
installation of Cisco Routers and Switches.
• U.S Congress/U.S Senate:
Performed Desktop Refresh and Re Image. Backing up the user data, taking screens shots,
verifying Remote Desktop, Releasing the I.P Address, Set the DNS suffixes and NIC speed,

Managed a team of 10 technicians to replace faulty power supplies in over two thousand
Lenovo all in one Think Pad 520A35 Desktops University of Pennsylvania Medical
facilities.
• NEC:
Worked with NEC Production Support Group for upgrade of the NEC 5800 ISP Servers.
Created new RAID configuration, re imaging of drives, re-installation of Windows Server
2003, and all proprietary applications. Ascertained all of the necessary serial information
from 7Eleven NEC 5800 ISP Servers, Desktops and POS Systems, recycling of switches
and reconfiguration of switch ports in order to confirm Network Connectivity. 24x7 Server
