• Monitor E.H.I.T’s DWDM/SONET with the use of HP Openview, Site Manager, Device Manager, and sniffer
traces.
• Use Wild packets sniffer analysis to identify server and application problems, virus infected clients, network
traffic slow downs, and Layer 2 and Layer 3 Troubleshooting.
• Investigate T1 and ISDN circuits, CSU/DSU’s, Ad Tran NT1’s, Hubs, Routers, and Switches (including
Distribution and Core) to reinstate network connectivity to end users.
