HR Manager responsible for all HR Staff at RAF Cosford. Direct line management for 20
personnel with HR responsibility for 1400+
 Responsible for supporting RAF Cosford by providing accurate professional advice
and guidance at both strategic and operational levels
 Engaging with key stakeholders, executives and management to deliver a first class
HR service in conjunction with RAF Cosford’s mission, vision and values
 Create and implement HR initiatives which will improve the HR service
