Covering maternity leave reporting to the Head of HR of this construction company working across 3 UK sites.
Provide advice to all management and staff on a daily basis whilst working on new projects.

Contracted to support the smooth transition to the Trust status across Bedfordshire Probation Service, notifying
all employees and managing CRB applications and ID badges whilst dealing with day-to-day activities managing
sickness, recruitment activities, and other duties as and when required.
February 2009 to November 2009 HR Officer Sureterm Direct Ltd
Set-up Human Resources function and developed policies and procedures for the business. Provided full
support and advice to the managing director and line managers on all HR related matters, dealing with employee
relations issues on a daily basis whilst working in a constantly changing environment.
April 2008 – December 2008 HR Adviser Citywire Financial Publishers Ltd
Managed Human Resources for the company, dealing with recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits,
retention, and employment law.
February 2008 – April 2008 HR Representative Accenture
I managed the HR function on a temporary basis for a financial services unit of Accenture, where I covered all
aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations. I previously worked for them for 4 years in Finance & IT
at the start of my career.
April 2007 - November 2007 HR Adviser Network Rail
Covering Maternity Leave I provided full HR support and advice to the HR Manager and all Depot Managers
working alongside a Shared Services Centre dealing with inductions, medicals, training, and sickness.
May 2006 - November 2006 Project Co-ordinator DHL Exel Supply Chain
Co-ordinate all aspects of training for the roll-out of Oracle HRMS across all sites within the UK. Provide support
to the HR Systems department and Project Director.
