Tips & Tricks! • Can take these plan of action steps and change them for platform — assign a platform to a person • Stick to your goals — develop them as you feel comfortable • Create a collaborative space for those in charge of your social media (Content Calendar or Communication tools) • Hoot Suite // Slack
