I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Robert Twasutyn since 1992.
During this time I have come to recognize Bob as an ethical and well respected
leader in our industry.
Through his wealth of knowledge and experience Bob was responsible for the
development, implementation and management of the operational and medical
components for Memorial Health / Georgia Healthcare / Care One in Savannah,
Georgia. Through Bob’s leadership and hands-on approach he and his staff
developed the complete infrastructure for the utilization management, quality
improvement and case management programs from concept to accreditation. Bob
managed the financial and operational structures of this complex organization
corporately and for each geographic region. Bob’s organizational and management
skills was instrumental in the development of the multi-state fully-integrated
hospital/physician/ home healthcare/ancillary network with risk and fee-for-service
models for all Payor types, including: HMO, Indemnity and self-funded for the
commercial, Medicare and Medicaid populations.
Bob is a problem solver and motivates his team through organized structure and
integrity. As an excellent communicator Bob handled problems with a level head
even in the most stressful of situations.
I have enjoyed working with Bob throughout the years and am proud to now call
him a friend and associate.
