physical and mental disability.
 Diversity alone is not pluralism. Pluralism
is not a given but must be created(Eck,

theoretical, methodological and paradigmatic
approach in economic discourse.
 The term Economic Plurality (EP) was
emerged after the global economic crisis
2008.
 EP focuses on to encourage critical
conversations about the role and value of
pluralism in all forms of economic
institutions, knowledge and learning
(Garnett and others, 2010).

the proportionate human innovation profits
(i.e. education).
 Economic Pluralism utilizes Human
Innovation to increase the economic value
of the indefinite resources of Air, Water and
Light, thereby lowering the expense cost of
proportionate but scarce land rent and labor
