summer job, you should consider using it for work experience credit.

8. Rules on Vapes and E-cigarettes
E-cigarettes or vapes could contain illicit drugs and as
such, any e-cigarette or vape found on school property
will be considered drug paraphernalia. Students who
bring such items to school will be subject to consequences
under the school board's "Unauthorized/Illegal/Stolen
Substances/Items" policy (AP 50-12).

Requested Announcement
• The 2017 Celebration committee still needs parents
of Grade 11 students to help with Security for the
evening Graduation Celebration.
• They also need Grade 11 students to help with set
up, clean up, busing tables, etc.

• If Grade 11 Students and their Parents do not
volunteer, the 2018 Grad Celebration will not
happen as previous Celebrations have and may
not run at all.

The Senior High Athletics Award Night is
scheduled for Thursday, June 8th at
6:00pm. Expect the sign up for the
potluck in the coming weeks.

Girls Volleyball Tryouts
Girls volleyball tryouts for the 2017 season are
scheduled after school for June 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th and
if needed the 21st. Any female athletes who will be
enrolled in high school for the 2017/18 school year
and are interested in playing Junior or Senior
volleyball are welcome to attend.
