3. Thursday: Lunch Time Challenge
Students are invited to join us in the
Administration Courtyard at lunch recess for a
unique bungee challenge.

4. Friday: SHA’s 106th B-Day
- Students may celebrate our school colors by wearing
white, gold or yellow attire.
- School Birthday assembly in the gym (8:05 to 8:55am)
- A special treat will be distributed to students & faculty at
recess.

5. SOROPTIMIST “S” CLUB:
 Soroptimist “S” Club – There will be a
meeting today at 1:00pm in Rm. A210.
 There will be service activities, door prizes
and refreshments.

6. JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERSITY:
 The university will be hosting an informational
meeting on Monday, 9/21 at 7pm.
 The meeting will be held at Punahou School’s
Wo International Center.
 See Mr. Fong to register.

7. NORTHWEST COLLEGE TOUR:
 Registration is still being accepted for this tour
during Fall Break.
 10 colleges in Washington and Oregon. 17
students have already signed up but there’s
still room for more.
 See Mr. Fong. Deadline is this Friday.

8. GRADE 12:
 The Distinguished Young Women Scholarship
Program (formerly Junior Miss) is now seeking
senior class candidates for its 2016 program.
 Earn scholarships, develop skill for success and
make lifelong friends.

9. SOCCER:
There will be a meeting today at 4:00pm in
the Conference Room for all girls in grades 7-
12 interested in playing.

10. NHS TUTORING CENTER:
 The Center will be open to students beginning
today. Walk-in appointments are available
every day, during lunch and after school.
 For now, tutoring will be held in the
Conference Room until further notice.

11. ST. LOUIS HOMECOMING:
 Students in grades 8-12 who are interested in
applying for the homecoming court must attend a
meeting in Mrs. Normand’s office-- today during
morning recess.
 Completed application forms are due no later than
Thursday, Sept. 10.

12. WINDWARD (KAMAAINA) BUS SCHEDULE:
 Bus pickup after school is at 2:45pm every
day, except Wednesday.
 Wednesdays are at 2:15pm.

13. THE LANCERS LATELY:
 Don’t forget to tune in today in homeroom for“The
Lancers Lately” newscast.
