7. Can-Do Attitude
 Students are recommended to do Volunteer work as
much as They can.
 Can-Do attitude is something that you don’t even
know what is going to assign you but you are ready
to do.
 Can-Do attitude raise your morale which leads to
save and manage your time(Because you know the
value of your time).

8. Stay Focused
• To get more done in less time, we have to schedule
our self.
• Make Prior ranking.
• Ranking must be according to Important and
Unimportant activities.
• Always Prior focus on Important and urgent Thing.

9. Monkey management
• Monkey management is something that you rely and
request other to do your work and other throw It to
other and so on.
• Research has shown that This is the worst time
wasting activity to request other to do your work.
• Simply This is your work so you have to do, definitely
will save your time.

10. 80 20 Rule
This is very effective rule to even get more productivity
in less time.
Suppose you have 10 activities to do in a day so there
would be 2 activities which will be more Important
than all the rest, so if you work prior on these 2
activities so you can get 80% of the Productivity.
