The company is situated at Changodar, Ahmedabad and is engaged in the manufacturing of spices and
Instant Mixes. The company also exports various spices and other food items to more than 14 countries.
Total manpower strength – 535 employees.
• Dairy Den Limited – October 23, 2002 to June 08, 2004 as SR. EXECUTIVE (P&A)
The company situated at Gandhinagar was engaged in manufacturing of Ice cream machines and also in the
production of soft ice creams. The total manpower strength was approx 1500 employees.
• Saket Projects Limited – October 23, 2000 to October 21, 2002 as EXECUTIVE (P&A)
The company was engaged in publication of various books. It also carries out various events.
• Videocon International Limited – March 06, 1996 to July 15, 2000 as OFFIER (P&A)
The company was situated at Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad and was in the manufacturing of Picture Tubes and
TV sets. The head office is situated at Aurangabad. Total manpower strength was approx.600 employees.
2. Responsibilities / Exposure
Recruitment & Selection:
Planned & executed the recruitment process that accelerated selection and placement to support the needs
of various departments of the Company.
Using Different sources for recruitments. i.e. Portals, Consultants, Sourcing team, News paper
advertisements, Referrals Institutes/Colleges.
Short listing and screening of the candidate by Personal interview.
Ensure that recruitment has been done and Mr. Right has joined in the stipulated time.
Responsible for the Confirmation process for all New Joinees.
Induction Procedure:
Successfully handled all matters relating to Induction & On boarding on new joinee.
Preparation of induction presentation .
Responsible for a new hire orientation, joining formalities & responsible for statutory provisions.
HR Planning & Strategy:
Responsible for HR policy design and implementation.
Preparation of JD – Job Description of employees.
Preparation & Implementations of SOP - Standard Operating Procedures in the company.
Manpower Planning.
Payroll & Compliance:
