3. The Warrior Intervention
The Warrior Intervention program will be put into place to make sure
ALL students are learning at the highest levels possible! Sometimes
math, reading, science and social studies can be challenging so your
teachers want to make sure we are there to help you all the way through.
The Warrior Intervention program is like a tutorial program but instead
of after school, we are going to help you during school. In these classes,
you will get the extra push that you need in Numeracy and Literacy
(Math and ELA)

4. What Will Students Learn?
✘ The campus is focused on math and reading
✗ Science and Social Studies will partner
with Reading
✘ We are going to re-teach you 1st semester
concepts that testing data shows we need to
work on

5. The “how” for WarrioR Intervention
✘ Each students will be placed into groups based
on what they need
✗ This is not based on their test scores but
rather the questions they missed
✘ Students will attend these classes twice per
week
✗ Tuesdays and Thursdays

6. The “when” for WarrioR Intervention
✘ Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 am - 10:04 am
✘ Today is the day to receive the information
✘ At this time, please record your Warrior class
in your planner. This is where you will be until
March 2nd 2021
✘ Attendance is taken and tardies will be
recorded - BE ON TIME!

1. Get to your Warrior class on time
2. Complete your work
a. You will have a mini-assessment at least twice during your first
session
3. Be respectful and uphold campus expectations
4. Participate in class
5. The assessments are designed to review what you have learned
a. Do your best
b. Move forward - Not backwards
6. When you are dismissed from your Warrior class, you will go to
2nd period ON TIME
