Please accept this letter and resume as an application for the upcoming Position. Over 18 years of
management and Supervisory experience as well as twenty years of working in Security field makes me a
confident candidate for this position.
After completing degree in Bachelor of Arts (B.A), I have completed various courses in Customer Service,
Security and management field which includes but not limit to, BST 1 & 2, Event Security Management,
Defensive Tactics inc (DTI) by VPD, Hazard Recognition & Control, Safety inspections & accident
investigations, Search & Rescue, Managing Targeted Violence, Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency
Management Response, Airport Security Screening Certificate, Code white training, Occupational First Aid
(Level 1 & 11), Crisis Prevention Institute, inc. (Cpi), Oil sands Security training, I also gained a lot of
knowledge in Professional Retail Selling System and customer service by completing Radio Shack
(electronic store) internal and external certificate courses.
During my work experience I have taught Customer service & Security training courses, conducted Health
and safety talks, fire drills and site safety inspections provided mandatory Code White trainings for
hospital Security staff. My professional affiliations are also included active membership (volunteer) with
RCMP National Security Group and with community volunteer organization where I managed to
coordinate the big budget events.
My new role as Health and Safety coordinator with GardaWorld Security allowed me to get more
experience in the safety environment. I prepare documentation for accuracy and provide feedback to the
management and clients. I also assist in the planning and start-up of new projects with respect to safety
Inventory safety related training of workers; conduct new worker safety orientations; Conduct safety
meetings and toolbox talks, Keep management current on the status of any issue(s) that may impact on
the work being perform, prepare site safety plans, promote safe working conditions, enforce safety
regulations and safe work practices, conduct hazard assessments, maintain and prepare thorough
documentation and reports, participate in daily safety interactions, including performing and
documenting daily safety inspections (including tools/equipment) and auditing to ensure adherence to
standards. I also facilitate and participate in incident investigations and risk assessments, as required.
Ensure that all accidents, incidents and injuries are properly reported to all appropriate parties. In
collaboration with the Safety Consultant, provide regular worksite safety training for all employees
including new worker orientation, topics such as WHMIS, company policies and procedures, lockout,
respirator fit tests, hearing tests, if required etc.
I am working as Part time duty manger in absence of the full time duty manager at BC Place under PAVCO
management. Keeping values and professional image of the BC Place; my job is to support teams with
event logistics and operational execution; track, and report on event performance; work along with other
operational managers and deliver what requires in professional manner. Ensure health and safety
regulations and safe work practices; manage the performance of BC Place employees.
I also worked at University of Fraser Valley (UFV) Site and looking after Abbottsford, Mission, Clearbrook
and Chilliwack campuses. My role was to carry out risk assessments and make recommendations to UFV

Security Management, assessing level of risks. Encouraged university community to report all incidents
and ensure that reports are analyzed in terms of trends emerging to inform decisions on cost effective
deployment of staff, CCTV etc. I worked with the UFV Security Management Support Teams and Premises
Managers in order to facilitate an integrated service. I also shared views with UFV Security Management
on confidential or sensitive matters and act as a conduit between the University and the police at all levels
in order to expedite solutions to difficult situations. I received and deal with any information that had a
security dimension and dealt with that in a confidential manner.
Organization and co-ordination of events and community based projects, including event scheduling,
budgeting, invitations, announcements, advertisement, public relations, logistics, and co-ordination of
written or other presentation materials; employ creativity and fresh ideas; updating web site and social

I have supervised and provide directions to a crew as big as 250 plus staff members while managing oil
sands Security and actively managing UFV Security (F/T) and BC Place Stadium (P/T) as event Security
Supervisor. Currently I am involved in managing ongoing Security investigations by making a complete
strategy also following up with the clients. My management experience also includes customer service
ensuring security and safety of the sites, investigations, involved in operational plans, comparing STATS to
make a yearly plan to prevent incidents, identifying hazards and plan of prevention, conducting group
interviews by implementing new methods to identify the right and deserving people for the job,
performance evaluations, reports and proposal writing, business development, management of various
sites and departments, client services, keeping track of the invoices and accounts recovery, staffing and
dealing with unionized officers disciplinary issues, health and safety issues, conducting fire drills and
inspection, updating and creating policy and procedures, liaison with clients and media, accident incident
investigations, preparing proposals and reports. I am known for my professional behavior and excellent
communication skills at public, work and media levels.
With above qualifications and experience, I am confident that I am an excellent match for upcoming
Manager’s position. I will be a responsible addition to your team where I will not only deliver as per the
