Store Manager
As a Manager of the oldest cleaners in the City of Carson, Responsible for the supervision and
execution of 1-million-dollar annual store operation. Communicating regularly with all team
members’ through one-on one discussion, group meetings, soliciting input, answering questions,
and ensuring communications is open between management and all team members. In charge of
employee relations from handling complaints from employees to enforcing company policies.
Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates. Communicate requirements and
duties to prospective candidates. Responsible for maintaining and over-seeing contract
operations with various government, companies and church entities. Responsible for employee
and new hiring training. Responsible for all marketing efforts and community involvement.
 Developed a commercial and government cleaning contract plan responsible for
acquiring several contracts from direct competitors including the City of Carson,
Los Angeles County Sheriff Department and various churches throughout the
area.
 Developed a Welcome Commercial Cleaning affiliate discount plan through the
Carson Chamber of Commerce expanding cleaners marketing and cleaning reach to
over 250 businesses.

Human Resources Intern
Performed administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Prepare and
maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially. i.e.: unemployment
claims, verifications, and I9 status. Maintains files of profit sharing plan history, profit sharing
data, correspondence, reports, and forms. Assist Human Resources Manager in obtaining
statistics and information in renewal process of any Health, Life and Retirement plans that
benefit the company.
Junipero Serra High School 01/2008 to 05/2011
Administrative Assistant
Provided administrative assistance by filing paperwork. Used Microsoft Office to keep record
statistics from previous games and preparing the schedule for upcoming weeks. Maintained
communications with parents of the players on upcoming events and/or meetings through email
or by phone. Assisted in daily preparation of football games and other necessities within the
football program along with the coaching staff. Kept record of statistics during games. In charge
of football supplies and maintained detailed record of equipment particularly when supplies were
low.
