incoming guests to the restaurant, as well as took reservations over the phone,
organization and public relation skills were gained.
4/2009-present Server Trainer/Headwaiter at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Started as a
hostess, greeted and seated guests, taking phone reservations, similarly gaining
organization and interpersonal skills with the public. Then, moved up to a server and
short after a server trainer, where guest satisfaction was extremely important and working
with others was a key concept, therefore strengthening memorization, organization,
communication, teamwork, and time management. Finally, a promotion to the position of
head wait or lead server was taken, where duties included checking out servers, counting
money, running sales numbers, and filing away company paperwork, extending
organization, communication, and computer skills.
