I have 17 years experience in the retail distribution industry including Team Management of
Operational, Admin, Stock Management, and Planning teams. I have experience of one to one
management of team members via structured development and disciplinary processes. Success in
these roles required strong organisational skills, excellent data analysis skills as well as management
report writing and managing to tight time schedules, budgets and process adherence targets.
