Roles & Respobilities
i. Over All Control of Greaves cotton Warehouse Including & its inventory management
• Responsible for Entire Warehouse & logistics operations and inventory management. Handling More than
4000 SKU’s,
• Handling day-to-day operations interacting with order management team & dispatching the Mtrl. on same
day, liaising with transport, documentations, etc.
• Planning & dispatch to PAN India
• Inward & outward material tracking reconciliation
• Regular interactions with internal departments. For timely delivery of Shipped materials. Maintaining In-
transit Report.
• Preparing and analyzing the Daily Movement Report and sharing the same to Customer EOD on Daily Basis.
• Import Receipts & Branch Transfer: Receiving the Import & Branch Transfer consignments as per invoice /
DC.
• Conducting Monthly KPI review for all the staff& & Associates.
• Physical checking the Parts as per invoice mentioned Quantity and physical condition as well, processing the
same and storing the Material by Allocating the Bins.
• Faulty Receipts: Organizing the Pick up at Customer doorsteps to pick the faulty (Defective) material through
Couriers.
• Physical checking the Parts as per invoice mentioned Quantity and physical condition as well, processing the
same and store the Material separately in Faulty Area by Allocating the Bins.
• Any DEPS (Damage, Extra, Pilferage, Short) Found while Receiving the Material highlighting the same To
Concern Project Coordinator on same day and Maintaining the SDR (Shipment Damage Report). Proceed
further as instructed by Coordinator.
• Sending the Faulty parts to Repair centers once gets the instruction from coordinators.
• Preparing and analysing the MIS Reports and flashing the same to Customer EOD on Daily Basis, and preparing
month wise business reports.

3. • Location Trimming by checking the aging of the Parts and stacking the material as per W / H Norms Both
Floor & Rack Locations.
• Physical stock taking Complete Wall to Wall Count on monthly basis and periodical perpetual audit, Cycle
Count on daily basis, maintaining the inventory with ZERO Variance.
• Internal & External Stock audit co-ordinate with audit team on quarterly basis
