Warehouse Inventory Controller
Duties & Responsibilities:
Scrutinize overall stock movement in the system and operation, as well as how administration of
documentation from internal, external and ASDI warehouses operate to ensure accuracies of
documentation transaction, posting and physical stock in coordination with related staff and
department.
Investigate and report on stock movement activity performed by team member as per set
operating system. Analyze problem and provide reports to management with possible solution to
improve efficiencies of stock management operations.
Ensure ground work of each stock movement activity is done accurately with all guidance
followed properly with consistency in the routine of Grid Load Planning of routine operations.
Identify, investigate and deal with problem by providing recommendation to improve operational
efficiency through the provision hands on guidance to peers and subordinate in line with roles
and responsibilities of job.
Oversee and monitor flow of operations of FG to include correct replacement of stock into
correctly allocated position in the different warehouses.
Accurately preparing of daily, weekly & monthly warehouses reporting to management
timeously.
Responsible for planning of monthly stock count for all F.G. warehouse, lead cycle counts,
reconcile variance & prepare inventory reports.
Monitoring & reporting daily warehouse damages, FIFO movements, report left behinds & co-
ordination with warehouse supervisor & shipping team for liquidation.
Prepare monthly write off report before month end for submission of management for approval.
Provides, prepares and maintains reporting system to ensure effective cost control of warehouse
CAPEX and OPEX expenses.
3. To be actively involved in operations discussion, analysis of forecasts and project planning to
ensure effective utilization of warehouse space.
Ensure that high level of quality & safety and housekeeping standards are maintain and exceed
with accurate records which track improvements.
