• 1 day prior planning of daily work flow.
• 100% accuracy system vs. physical.
• Stock movement report day wise and submitted to HOD on daily basis.
• High, Low stock & Slow moving stock report fortnightly basis.
• Receive the stock as per PO and enter it in system on same day no excess stock will
be received in WH.
• Maintain all records for Audit (IGP, OGP, Consignments slips & Packing list
vendor wise).
• Coordination with transporters for Dispatches.
• Verify Transporter invoices and submitted to Accounts dept. in 1st week of every
month.
• Monthly audit with aging report will be submitted to HOD in 1st week of every

• Dispatch the system allocation within 24 Hours after receiving the mail (for
productivity WH manager will maintain the data month wise against allocation

• Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving,
handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
