Dimensions of Position
• Technical - direct technical output of tasks appropriate to role, the
developing and enhancing of technical knowledge, establishing and
monitoring technical systems, and managing relationships with
external and internal stakeholders.
• Scheduling - preparing strategic and action plans and monitoring
performance against plans, developing and managing the budget
for the work unit, planning and allocating resource requirements,
and scheduling work to achieve the required work output of the
team.
• People - managing direct reports, setting the environment for
people to perform fully the work appropriate to their roles, and
developing capabilities of team members and self.

Position Purpose
Ensure the profitability and successful long term operation of the infrastructure and equipment of the business (Distribution Centre,depot,
tanker, logistics) in line with the vision, values and strategic intents.

2. Key Tasks/Accountabilities – Technical Link to VVSI Expected Outputs Output Achievement
• Ensure Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)
performance within Operations Area of South East Qld Fuels
Oty Ltd meets minimum standards
- Ensure plans are developed to guide behaviours which enable
the business to meet the OE KPI targets.
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to the others in the
Equity reseller business on what is good HSSE practice to
ensure compliance with minimum statutory / Caltex / other
standards.
- Ensure key HSSE compliance tools are used to monitor and
improve compliance to legislation and company policy &
procedures (such as CAT, RMF and OE Plan).
- Ensure LPS is rolled throughout Operations and becomes part
of all employee’s day to day work routine.
- In the Operations area of South East Qld Fuels Pty Ltd.
- Ensure all Delta items are addressed in line with the CPS
Policies and Procedures manual.
- Ensure timelines for working at heights are met (note specifics
if any works outstanding).

- 2 depots (Rocklea & Caboolture – Bulk Refuelling Facility only)
- 250 ML fuel sales / 1,000 kl’s Lubricant Sales
