 Shall be of good commercial quality
 Materials’ Testing
 The contractor to accompany the required
materials with a testing certificate from a
laboratory approved by the Engineer
 Any materials that don’t pass the test shall be
rejected
 Basis of measurement and payment is
provided in BOQ
In case of confusion/conflict or the items which have not
been covered here including Cast in Place Concrete,
Concrete Curing, Floor Tile Work, Wall Tile Work, Metal
Fabrication, Windows and Doors, Painting Works,
Drainage Electrical Installations Plumbing and sanitary
Installations, Fire fighting, Local Government Engineering
Department (LGED) Specification on “Building Works” shall
govern.
