3. Achievements
I’ve improved awareness on Multinational company’s
dynamics
This role was very interesting because I was involved in a domain area
I’m particularly interested in: Business and Financial.
The nature of this role had strengthened my skills on Business aside from
Project Management. The wide range of view across the company’s
areas (Payments, Financials, Provisioning, Marketing, CRM, …) gave me
the chance to have awareness of the complexity and the interdependence
of all the Company’s areas.
As I was in the heart of the headquarter in Milan I had the opportunity to
‘live and feel’ the new business trends and Marketing strategies
adopted.
I’ve improved my Soft Skills
I’ve learned to report briefly and clearly to a set of different high level
actors and I’ve learned to work steadily under short timelines and very high
pressure.
Escalations were very frequently and this has greatly strengthened my to
stress resistance.
