Doctor Who:
Is an extremely popular BBC science fiction series which originally ran between
1963 and 1989. The Doctor travels through time and space in a time machine,
accompanied by a human helper. He flights a variety of monsters and evil
beings, the most famous of which are the Daleks. From time to time the Doctor
‘regenerates' and takes on a new body ( so that the part can be played by a
different actor). The show was successfully re-launched in 2005 and is popular
with both children's and adults.
