Ideas for LinkedIn presentation:
Obtain a short video of some one important talking about a few benefits of LinkedIn
Add transitions and a new animation for the LinkedIn sign
Consider having the presentation on a preset timer
Practice, practice, practice
Once the length is figured out for the presentation and Miss O sends the information that the judges wrote about us and the final decision on the video is made look into potentially adding more information

Human resources development (HRD)
1. Hiring – Check LI advanced search for further knowledge on potential new hires to customize training programs to give employees the skills that will best add value to the company’s bottom line. This gives your HR time more time to plan. And time is money. Leads to business growth.
2. LI communicates – recommended training programs and can help adapt new hires to your business’s corporate culture and to do their jobs effectively. What if they have skills, but don’t have the knowledge of the company. Encourage them to follow your business on LinkedIn.
3. Post Job shadowing Opportunities JSO are similar in that the employee watches another employee do the job in order to develop the proper skills.
Posting Job Specific Training and seminars related to how to do one's job better. This is intellectual or professional development, which includes college or certification courses.
HRD is similar to how a coach views his athletic team. While a coach may recruit players who already have some skill and ability, the point of continued practice is to strengthen those skills and abilities and make even better athletes.
HR development has the same goal: to make better employees. Encourage posting of job accomplishments. The purpose of HR development is to provide the 'coaching' needed to strengthen and grow the knowledge, skills, and abilities that an employee already has. The goal of development and training is to make employees even better at what they do.
Types of HRD
Human resources development usually begins as soon as an employee is hired and continues throughout that employee's tenure with the organization.
HRD comes in different forms, including
on-the-job training or job shadowing,
textbook or online education,
growth opportunities,
and compliance training.
With the growth of online learning, much of this training has become available via webinars and online courses, but it is still very common to conduct in-person trainings or attend training seminars or conferences with other professionals in the field.
