Job Responsibilities:
• Ownership of client relation activities – Feedbacks, Improvement measures, renewal of contracts
• Visiting the key clients to ensure that the clients are satisfied with the services at all times and bring in
repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues
• Incharge of introducing new processes for client relations – Feedback forms, Survey Questionnaire,
Escalation Matrix etc.
• Coordination with internal departments for various client requests
