Senior Account Executive, Maintain existing accounts and acquire new accounts with a focus on Medical and
Law, this includes upgrades, downgrades, new systems, multi-location systems, training, moves, adds and
changes. Knowledge of advanced sales techniques with initiative to close sales orders in a timely fashion.
Work jointly with purchasing and operations to see that all customer needs and equipment purchases are
implemented correctly, affectively and in a timely fashion. Attend and participate ongoing education relative to
the product lines we offer. Train customers on products and ease of use. Annual Quota for this position is
500,000.00 and I have met or exceeded this every year in the position.
• Work extra closely internally and with the customer to ensure satisfaction between TSM South, Inc.
and the customer.
• Manage partner accounts by maintaining a relationship with the partner and the end user.
• Work with all CLEC Phone service providers as indicated by customer 2004 - Present
Account Executive follow all same criteria as mentioned above, sales quota at this position was 400,000.00
annually and I met or exceeded this every year in the position.
2001-03
Customer Support Specialist and Trainer Provided End User Training and Collected Programming for
Technical Specialists. Traveled all over NC, SC and VA to meet with, train and assist customers. Provided all
follow up for customers, sole trainer under 4 sales executives, averaged 10 customer trainings per week.
