Manage Project Cargoes of CMA CGM across India. This involves:
- Ensure the smooth co-ordination between Mumbai Regional office and 16 Branch
offices for efficient service levels for a technically difficult segment of the market.
- Define and administrate a SOP for the functioning of the department.
- To act as an entry point for HO and clients to constantly delivery growth volumes on
all trade routes on a Pan India Basis.
- Maintain a record of all non-supporting clients that load from India and liase with
the trade representatives in Headoffice and the 16 branches in India responsible for
securing support.
- To maintain an appropriate level of contact with Head Office and Customers, to
Liaise for the Tender Projects, with the various Departments.
- Establishment of safety guidelines which are to be followed on all trade lanes
thereby setting certain mandatory safety parameters.
- Undertake specific training for all India Branch Offices to assist them in the
understanding of the business segement professionally.
- Set up Pan India budgets in consultation with the India offices on the basis of cargo
movement and monitor monthly performances.
- Constantly push all India branch offices to innovate and look for new avenues of
