2. Job Responsibilities in Cap Foundation:
1. Responsible for the mobilization of the beneficiaries for the centre, induction of the identified beneficiaries,
placements of the trainees of the centre and other deliverables at the centre as desired.
2. Responsible for delivery of curriculum in the spirit it is designed both theory and practical
3. Responsible for field visits, on the job training
4. Responsible for maintenance of student portfolio of their course
5. Responsible for mobilization against targets,
6. Responsible for safe maintenance of curriculum
7. Responsible for the overall quality of the Centre.
8. Quality includes but not limited to the adherence of policies and procedures, maintenance of documents,
maintenance of infrastructure, following health and safety norms.
9. Should be able to run the center on sustainability mode.
10. Responsible for Issue of certificates to students
11. Responsible for weekly staff meeting.
12. Responsible for Local recruitment.
13. Responsible for maintaining Attrition to the minimum
14. Implements initiatives within the centre operations.
15. Brings in innovations in managing the centre operations as well as other activities in the program.
16. Coordinates with the local partner on the logistic support for implementation of the program.
17. Conducts the induction and life skills sessions to the beneficiaries.
18. Is responsible for the qualitative and quantitative deliverables of the program at the centre level.
19. Coordinate with other executives, state coordinator and Project Director as relevant.
20. Is responsible to maintain the asset register, field visits & visitors book.
21. Coordinates with accounts department in head office for advances/settlements.
22. Coordinates with the other faculties to get monthly reports and attendance sheets on time and send them to
state coordinator.
23. Maintain the computer log sheets on monthly basis and send them to state coordinator.
