• There is no need to create a project plan that is going to be
useless for you to track upon your project – Make sure you re-
open the file!
• Break down the milestones into very small activities. (even
calls, pick-ups for inkinds, etc)
• Put realistic DDLs
• Put concretely who does what in the responsibilities, and
ensure the tasks that have more than one responsibles are
clear
