This document provides instructions for adding titles to a movie timeline in 5 steps: click the timeline, select the title icon to add a new title, enter text for the title or credits, change the font size by clicking font size and moving the mouse right or left, and change the font style and family, with the example of using "cracked" font style to emphasize a character's rough lifestyle.

2.  Click on the timeline of your movie that you
are creating

3.  At the top of the screen there is a task bar. Click
the ‘title’ icon within the task bar. Press new
title then OK

4.  Add in the text you would like to insert in your
movie such as the title or the actors names.

5.  Then click title properties once you have
clicked the title icon and go down to font size.
By clicking font size you can change the size of
the font by moving your mouse right or
left(right=bigger, left=smaller).

6.  You can also change the style of font by
clicking font style and then font family. You
can have a wide range of font types.

7.  As a group we used the style of font ‘cracked’.
This is because it gives a rough feel to film and
it is appropriate to the scenes in the film. It also
helps emphasise the rough lifestyle that Jay
lives.
