This document summarizes evaluations from a Comenius project on European teenagers and culinary traditions from 2012-2014. Spanish students, parents, and teachers all positively evaluated the project. Students said it increased their motivation to learn English and digital skills. Parents were satisfied with their child's participation and thought it increased awareness of healthy habits and other cultures. Teachers saw increased language use and an appreciation for multiculturalism and knowledge sharing through project materials. Overall, evaluations found the project successfully engaged students on food issues and traditions while positively impacting language learning, cultural awareness, and motivation for future European educational experiences.

24. CONCLUSIONS
• The first Comenius in our school has been evaluated
very positively by parents, teachers and students.
• As we can see in the graphs, parents very much
appreciate the possibility what this project has offered to
their children in terms of getting to know other countries,
cultures, traditions and get used to respecting other
realities. Thanks to this, now they can appreciate their
own culture more.
• The students have recognised that now they are more
motivated to learn English because they see it as a
communicative tool that helps them meet other people
and integrate into other cultures. They have also said
that they have very much enjoyed doing the activities
and preparing the meetings where they have shared
their knowledge and experience.
25. • With regards to the topic of ´healthy food´ which included
the importance of healthy eating and appreciation of
traditional food, the students have added that they are
now more conscious of them, but they have not changed
their eating habits. Perhaps it is a question of time and
maturity and we hope that when they grow up, they
remember the things learnt in this project and they will
improve their eating habits.
• The teachers are very satisfied with the project. We
have seen that our students are more motivated and
more curious to learn about other cultures. A fact that
confirms our statement is that there are a great number
of students who want to take part in new projects and
parents are asking for a new Erasmus project now.
