BEING JOB READY..
• For a newly graduated student, the one of the main impediment is to search for a job. And this
journey i.e., from being a student to a fervid and diligent employee is very monotonous and full of
various zealous interviews that sometimes also turn out be unfertile.
• In today's world every company recruiters not only searching for a degree holder employee , but need
someone who is having technical knowledge and can turn out to very truly compatible for that job.
• With the changing scenario in recruitment process, impacts of technology and a very regulatory
labour market , job readiness is somewhat a stage between job search results and job search
stagnation.
• Job Readiness varies from job to job. Usually, Job Readiness is based on what employers are looking
for — are you ready for the kind of job you are looking for, and would an employer be willing with this
decision?
• This however forms a minute component of being work ready.To be more precise job readiness is
different things to different employers. For many hiring managers and job recruiters it is skills and
capabilities that an employer seeks so as to step out in a job with little or no support. Professionally
