REBOOT presents a unique opportunity to
restart your career and move forward and it's
the right platform for you to have successful

3. The REBOOT programme caters to young professionals transitioning back to
the workforce after taking a career break due to various reasons.
REBOOT serves as a career comeback platform (returnship) for young talent-
ed technical professionals who are looking to restart their careers.
4. WHAT DOES
REBOOT OFFER?
A temporary assignment lasting up to 12 months.
Throughout this period, you may choose up to
two (2) areas of practice as follows:
It's an action-packed, learning journey with real
life impact. By the end of this programme, there
could be an opportunity for you to become a full
time KSK employee (subject to assessment by
the mentor and Committee).

5. MULTIDAY ONBOARDING
PROGRAMME
Our programme provides relevant knowledge
about the inner workings of KSK and hands-on
technology training, setting you up for success
from day one. You will gain a deep understanding
of our company, our business and our winning be-
haviours that drives our KSK tribe towards suc-
cess.
6. MENTORSHIP, BUDDY PROGRAMMES
& NETWORKING SUPPORT
At the outset, you will be matched with relevant
mentors based on career goals and aspirations to-
gether with the skills and experiences of the
mentor.
Both you and the mentor will agree on a planned
course of action and the assigned mentor will pro-
vide all the means necessary to help you to achieve
your career goals.
An important aspect of the Programme involves
monitoring and tracking your performance. This is
done through regular appraisals and check-ins with
your mentor, concluding with a final review to de-
termine your suitability for full-time placement at
KSK.
7. Various training modules will be provided to help
refresh your technical skills and knowledge. This
serves as an opportunity to update your skills and
expertise as you work on real projects with real
impact.
As you move through different experiences of live
projects, we’ll provide you with continuous learn-
ing in the form of training courses, e-learning
modules and workshops.

PARTICIPANT
ELIGIBILITY PROFILE
You have a minimum of 2 years experience and looking
to switch careers
A highly ambitious doer – not just thinker. You are effi-
cient in combining inspiring ideas to into reality.
You've stopped working for a minimum of 12 months
and you're ready to return to the workforce (at least 3
to 10 years of total work experience)
You are keen to take ownership and have sense of
pride in your work with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
to seeing work through and delivering results. You’re
up for doing things differently and trying (almost)
everything once.

You will be invited for a Video Call
screening with our People & Cul-
ture team. This session is about
understanding your profile and
your aspiration. This is also an op-
portunity for you to tell us more
about yourself, and why you are in-
terested in applying to be part of
our KSK Tribe.
3OPEN HOUSE
Once shortlisted, you'll be invited
to participate in our Open House.
This is an interactive session to
gain insight about the programme,
the company, the working culture
and our people.
On the same day, you'll be com-
pleting a 30 minutes business
case study that will assess your
analytical skills and problem solv-
ing abilities.
11. 4INTERVIEW
Now that you've learned about the
details of the programme, you'll be
invited to the interview stage
which will take place either face to
face or virtually.
In Stage 1, you'll be meeting the
Hiring Committee to assess your
profile suitability and your case
study answer.
In Stage 2, you'll be meeting the
Group CEO and Executive Director
at the final round of the selection
process.

We'll be in touch with you on the
final outcome.
Once this is cleared, you will then
begin your REBOOT journey.
6REBOOT
Throughout the programme's du-
ration (12 months), you may opt up
to two departmental rotations.
At the end of your REBOOT
journey, the Committee will assess
your suitability to be offered into a
full-time employment with KSK
which takes into consideration
your performance throughout the
programme and feedback from
your mentors.
