  • 3. Equipments for Mango Jam Preparation Grinder / Mixer Knife Pot with lid Bottle Gas Stove Stirrer
  • 4. Process of making Jam Obtain 1 kg Mango Pulp Mix Pulp in an grinder Add Sugar and citric acid to pulp Add water to Mango Pulp Cook the mixture at 102 to 105 minutes Allow the mixture to cool Pack the mixture in bottle Steps in Preparation
  • 5. Jam Process explained Mix water and pulp Mix it in an grinder Obtain fine grinded pulp Add Sugar and citric acid(Preservative) to the pulp Cook the mixture in a pan around 5 minutes Stir continuously the mixture When water is released , stop cooking Allow mixture to cool Pack it in an bottle
