• Establish a caring climate whereby students are
involved and cooperative.
• Opportunities for student and teacher leadership.
• Opportunities for community involvement Clarify
and consistently enforcing school rules
• Improve classroom management and organization
by having students and teachers take responsibility
• Track student behaviors (good and bad)
• Reinforce positive behaviors
• Increasing the frequency of communication with
parents about student behavior.
• Secure the school environment through physical
design, mechanical devices, congestion reduction,
psychological deterrents to violence.
