How: By creating a re-commerce platform that offers trust, transparency, security, and a rewarding
user experience.
Solution: Creating a re-commerce platform offers unbeatable prices, a wide selection of game
console, and a commitment to user safety and security with partnership with local game shop. We'll
implement targeted marketing, and online events to acquire user. Key success metrics include user
acquisition, revenue growth, and retention, with wireframes visualized of re-commerce platform.

Game subscription platforms and 5G technology do pose a potential threat to traditional game console.
The introduction and maturation of new technology prompts the gaming industry's cyclic nature, where new
platforms and products increase sales while older ones decrease, and the launch of Sony PlayStation 5,
Microsoft Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch in 2020 and 2017 started a new console cycle
Game consoles typically have a lifespan of around 5-7 years before being replaced by newer models. the
margin for selling a pre-owned game console can range anywhere from 10% to 50%.
Due to affordability, there's a significant demand for pre-owned game consoles in India, and an active resale
market exists with gamers looking to upgrade. This has resulted in the emergence of various re-commerce
platform and retailers specialized in pre-owned console sales.
